Ilia's super serum is perfect because it also hides all of those imperfections that life throws at us and leaves out skin looking dewy and younger than ever!

The first time my husband heard I was taking collagen, he immidiately thought of those overdone lip fillers and he was terrified! However, taking this has helped my hair, skin, and nails so much it's absolutely incredible! This particular one is made from a bovine base.

STANDARD PROCESS MAGNESIUM LACTATE
I have difficulty staying asleep at nights. I'm not sure what it is to be totally honest but I'm sure we don't have time to dive into it in this description :). But, I started taking Magnesium at nights before bed and it certainly has helped the process. And, it also helps with bloating!
